Leaders are you and leaders are me and we need leaders with hearts and heads that connect tribes and move us towards a more peaceful, equitable, sane world. No matter who you are or who you know, you have leadership potential. You don’t need a degree, money, status or connections. The important connections are the ones that you make from the truth of your heart that resonates with the truthful heart of another. However, leadership also pushes us out of our comfort zone and that’s…well, uncomfortable!
